Introducing Westlife Church Westlife Church is about leading people to live the life they are meant to live. The church is full of people who have discovered an incredible richness of life that comes from having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Contrary to a view held by many people, God is not a dreary, depressed or weak person. Rather he is vibrant, joyful and powerful. His presence should always give rise to a sense of excitement and a fullness of spirit. This understanding of God is reflected in the enthusiastic and upbeat nature of our church meetings. Jesus said that He came to earth that we might have a life - real and eternal life - more and better life than we ever dreamed of (John 10:10). Every time we come together to celebrate God we are celebrating what Jesus has done for us. About Westlife Church Westlife Church is a vibrant, regional church that started in March 2006. The church focuses on helping the community, and has positive, practical messages with great music, creative children's programs and quality coffee. Our mascot, Jet the Wonderdog, also helps look after the children and youth. The church is an initiative of Garden City Christian Church (Mt Gravatt). We love life, love people and love God. We meet on Sundays for Celebration at 10am in the new USQ Auditorium at Springfield CBD. For directions, click here. We also meet on Wednesday nights from 6pm for New Community. Some of our plans include community events, after-school activities for children, youth leadership programs, practical workshops on life issues (eg parenting, finances, relationships) and supporting women in the local prison. We are also looking to be involved in some overseas humanitarian projects including orphanages in Indonesia and Kenya. Our Dream We see a church... One of those partnerships is with Garden City Christian Church (GCCC). GCCC is a leading church in South-east Queensland based at Mt Gravatt. It has been making a difference locally, nationally and globally for over 50 years. Another strategic relationship is with the Westlife Group. We are also affiliated with Assemblies of God movement.  Our Region - Greater Springfield and the Western Corridor Westlife Church is based in Greater Springfield in the heart of the Western Corridor - Australia's fast-growing and most exciting region.
